Refund Policy

For orders cancelled within 30 minutes after payment, 97% refund will be provided in case of UPI & wallet payments. For debit cards & credit cards, 96% refund will be provided.

 

For orders within Hyderabad (Cakes, Cupcakes, Brownies and Cakesicles):

For menu orders, cancellation should be provided at least 4 days in advance. For cancellations made within the specified time, 90% refund will be provided.

Custom orders require at least 10 days prior notice of cancellation. 75% refund will be provided, if canceled within specified time.

For orders outside Hyderabad:

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.
​​​​​​​In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@happienjoy.com with your order number and a unboxing video of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
